Huh, i have one pair of dragons for breeding fodder, so uhhh one nest every 15 days with 1-5 hatchlings is.. not alot....

Depends how much free time we have. Anything from 6-8 to a few dozen. More during dom pushes or if fodder is really cheap.

I try to hit at least 50 exalts before the end of the day every day, but I exalt more frequently when there's a dominance battle that week.

However, if I don't have much time, I only exalt a few.

Depends fodder floor, can do hundred if i can train them to level 5 for quick profit.
Can do it with level 6 too but dont have enough time for that anymore.

I don't usually exalt daily. I suppose I could fill my empty lair pages with fodder pairs to breed for exalt but I prefer to... find dragons I like, breed them x times for my own enjoyment then not bother to sell the offspring and instead exalt them. Eventually I exalt the parent dragons and start again...

Sense? Yeah, my brain doesn't make much either.

Higher levels always give more payout but a level 6 is almost same time as training 2 level 5's. If fodder floor it pretty low level 5 sure pays better then 6 for its speed ;D
