You can get that scroll! I thought it was going to take me until they cycled in for me to get one, but once I focused and stopped impulse spending it was pretty easy. Filling up my lair with hatchlings helped too, less lair space = less dragons and projects to get distracted by.

That's a great dream dragon, I love what you did with his apparel! Good luck getting the rest of all that stuff!
