Just wondering what are people's thoughts on dragons that are flight reps on lairs and such. No need to ping me, I'll check the thread every some time :)
It's simple curiosity, some questions for sample
-Do you have any or not? Why or why not?
-Do you think it's a "have all flight reps or no rep" kinda like, do you think having just one two or three specific flight reps is weird or?
-Your opinion on having flight reps and then trading/selling them to someone else so they are now their reps?
-If you like this idea ^ would you trade/buy/sell flight reps so they'd do their work on another clan?
I'm not too much in FR's lore bc I'm not English and reading long texts is kinda difficult for me (mentioning in case someone refers to FR lore) but I like the fact that it exists and that people create their own lore, clans, dragon's stories etc ! it's really cool tbh

A few, planning on replacing them with Gen1s eventually. I like using the festival apparel in grand mass, especially since some of the apparel I'd normally never use.

Not at all! Sometimes you're just not into the coloring, apparel is too expensive, or you don't particularly like that flight's aesthetics.

Not quite into that. I prefer finding my own dragons and transforming them. A simple fodder dragon would do wonders if their colors are great. It's also nice to see someone happy when their fodder they listed become a perma.

I used to have one of each flight! Ended up selling or exalting them with the rest of my dragons when I decided to have a GenOne lair (save for my coli team and a few dragons who mean a lot to me).
I will probably get flight reps again when lair tabs get implemented though. ^^

Over the years I've been here I actually have had two sets (the first set is replaced now). Currently, my "flight reps" are primal dragons from all of the different flights. Still need a few apparel pieces for a couple of them and some lore but I at least have gened the dragons and come up with lore ideas for them all. The lore I'm coming up with isn't the classic "this dragon teaches others about their respective flight" thing. My lightning dragon leads herds of skira across the shifting expanse, my plague dragon is a "doctor" who actually makes dragons sicker as his way of "healing" them, stuff like that!

I personally wanted (at least) one from each flight. I could see why someone wouldn't want to dedicate 11 lair spaces for something like this so really it's up to the individual who would be housing the dragons.

Selling dragons is perfectly fine. If someone buys a dragon who was already a flight rep and decides to keep them as a rep I don't see why that would be weird? All of my reps are dragons that I purchased from the AH and re-gened so I don't see much of a difference from that.

I don't really see the point in them, so I have none. I don't write lore, and I don't want to waste space. I probably have some dragons that look like they could be flight reps though.

It's an interesting idea! My whole lair is pretty strict to Arcane colors, so I probably wouldn't own any reps (unless they were pink? which might actually be cool). Maybe owning flight reps just for 2-3 favorite flights would work for me, because I like the colors and think the lore is cool.

I don't, since I don't really care much about lore, and I constantly forget that like half of the flight exists (like nature? SHADOW? what???)
I do think the idea of "flight reps" became much more fun with the arrival of primal eyes. Almost makes me want to get some now.

I've pretty much always had flight reps, though I changed them out on occasion, and eventually decided to do all 6-digit reps after I got a couple that were just too good not to use.
Lore-wise (when I actually get around to writing all of it) they serve as a liaison for the clan when dealing with clans from the different territories, as well as being 'counselors' of sorts for dragons of their flight that might be having difficulties adjusting to life in a mixed-flight lair.
And it's just too darn fun using all the festival apparel from past years together on the same dragon. xD
