I think people are being too harsh on the devs for this update. You asked for it, and you got it. If you don't like what you got, maybe you should have specified what exactly you wanted. I admit it's not what I expected, but what did you expect it to look like? I can understand confusion, but I think anger is a bit much. The devs worked really long to make this update and it's unfair to say they didn't make an effort or listen to the users. I don't care the slightest if someone likes it or not, but I really do when people are being so aggressive about it. Can we be a little nicer? That's been non stop with every update recently. I thought it was a fest thing but nope. It's everything. You can't please everyone. The devs know it.

lol there's been really aggressive users since the eye update that for some reason feel the need to be absolutely angry about every update since then.
constructive criticism is good and all but just going "I hate it let me have a toggle" is not helpful haha

Remember when they changed the tiny logo you have on the browser tab?
People unironically complained how it makes them uncomfortable and how it ruins the aesthetics for them.

I actually would like a toggle, I miss the old design! (but it would feel nice to be able to switch between!)

Tbh it looks kind of ugly on desktop but its because they had mobile users in mind.
I wish they had a dark mode or an option to make some things much smaller. like a thing to switch between mobile and desktop sizes as it gets irritating to the eyes.
