I've been hanging out in the Training Fields for an hour or so tryin' to get a Chipskink and I've had three of the Strawberry Noggles and one of the Chocolate ones to drop.
I got one in the mire, after training 12 sets of double fodders. Now, I need the chocolate.

I got a strawberry grinding for roughly 15 minutes in scorched forest o^o are they not dropping for other people??
