So I am on a quest to level all my permas to 25, and I was curious to see how many level 10s it takes to get my dragons up to 25(by which I mean I have my trainer, the dragon I am training and a fodder dreg that I switch out whenever it gets to level 10).
So after several runs, I have concluded that it takes 17 level 10 dragons and one(1) level 11 dragon to get up to 25.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Interesting.
Did the lvl 25 start out at 10 as well, or was it at lvl one?

Starting at level 1 it takes 18 dragons to train to level 25.

This...actually makes leveling to 25 sound rather achievable! I might try this sometime? :0c

so lv 10 is 69655/1363652, which is... just over 5% of the total exp needed to reach 25.
which is a bit appalling, tbh. i did remember off the top of my head that lv 16 is the 1/4 mark, 20 the halfway, and 23 the 3/4 mark. just goes to show how wonky the curve is, doesn't it?
i always did find it more tolerable to level fodder with whatever perma i'm leveling to 25, as well. it gives me the chance to take a break every now and then to swap fodder, and also gives me some reward for my effort in the form of the exalts so i'm not just grinding my nose off forever.

that's actually how I did it with some of mine too! and I equipped the perma I was leveling with some healing stones too, since the kelp bed kraken can be a little shaky at times

yo I started doing this the other day bc I have tons of dragons to level, and wow it really does work. I used to either a: train two exalt fodders at a time or b: train 2 permas at a time but then suddenly something inside me said "why not both?"
Now I don't feel guilty about making money/not focusing on my permas because I can multitask!

I either train a dragon to level 25 in a completely new team, or I train them together with about 20 or so fodder dragons trained to level 25. It makes the entire road to 25 so much more bearable, when it's cut up in pieces of ~70k experience.
And as VENNY said, it's also mulit-tasking!
