Buy it, then message the person who sold it asking if they were really willing to sell it at that price. If the user didn't want to sell it that low, I'll either pay the rest or retrade the dragon back for the gems.

Edit: Though if I did end up buying it I'd try to find the seller and give it back. I had someone contact me about a misprice and offer to pay the full price and it really surprised me how considerate that was. Why not pay it forward :]
