How do y'all see this going down?
My hope: since we can only breed an ancients of the same breed, we get an ancient egg and an ancient breed change scroll!
Maybe I'm terrible for sorta hoping the anniversary will be the only way to get a hold of eggs/scrolls for the new breed, sorta like imps from the KS... That'll make it way too hard for anyone to want to actual use or open the things though I fear.
Cursed idea: whatever we get is clanbound so you have to open or use it yourself (or jump through CR hoops to use it on someone else's dragon)

My guess is we each get an egg and the way to get more eggs is implemented, probably the same way we get regular eggs. Rare coli drops, rare scavenge drops. Maybe the breed change scroll will be in the marketplace.
But I really hope we get a free egg. Or maybe two. I want to hatch some baby ancients!

Honestly I'm really hoping for scrolls. I have no free lair space, so it would be better for me to be able to change dragons I already have.
Breed change scrolls were already confirmed in the original development update!

I'm hoping the Very First Ancient is either Gaolers or some deep sea monstrosity that either rescues the little Pearlcatcher from the BotE lore or that the Tidelord changed her into.
I would very much dig a big gnarly sea serpent of some kind or what have you, anyway.

Swiftwings. They were a hidden part of the site for so many years, removed in the den update, so it'd be fitting they come back on an anniversary.
