So we all know that Faes use their frills to show emotion when they speak, if we look at the Pearlcatcher entry in the Encyclopedia, it says that Pearlcatcher ears are capable of independent movement. Not sure about anyone else, but I think that a Pearlcatcher might use it's ears when talking to a Fae to mimic a Fae using its frills to express emotion.

Yeah, my first thought was that Fae have 4 frills and PC's only have 2 ears. Could make for some cute/not-so-cute goof ups in communication though.
