You're in luck, because they do! Lacerna charms are based on the eleven flights plus two extras, all with their own meanings that have changed and morphed over many thousands of years of Sornieth's dragons. Each one is specific, and you can think of them as the seven deadly sins and fruits of the spirit combined into a luck-giving ringtoss. What in the world does that mean? Well, just check them out! Each charm comes in the form of an oval-shaped and smoothed pebble-like stone, each colored with the signature hues of each corresponding flight. A rune is etched into each one resembling the different subflight symbols, and can be used thereafter as decoration, jewelry, hand-held trinkets, hearts of dolls, toys, and other objects, nearly anything! After the rune is etched into the rock, is considered magical-bound as a Lacerna Charm. Though this is just metaphorical for the virtues and vices each one is supposed to carry, some truly cast spells on them making them change form, glow, actually grant the user some material thing based off of the virtue/vice, etc. Nearly every charm, with the exception of the sun-and-moon Deity and Shade charms, comes with both virtues and vices known to be granted to the holder of said charm. Oftentimes, multiple are worn/decorated with at once to balance each other out. For example, one might wear the Earth and Wind charms on the same necklace to ensure a fair balance of enjoyment of life and sense of reality. As mentioned previously, they are also used both short-term [going to a stressful event and needing calm and collectedness, thereby putting an Ice charm on a bracelet] or long-term [generally struggling with the value of perseverance, so is dedicated to keeping a Plague charm on them at all times.] [NOTE: Matching runes to a flight is based on the symbol itself, not the name for each symbol. Lacerta + Fortuna, 'Lizard Luck/Fortune', Latin Origin. [Lack-air-nuh]
____________

A dragon flips a small stone with an obscure insignia on it, until you get closer. That isn't just any symbol etched into the pulsating, colorful rock, but instead, one of the thirteen Lacerna charms that every superstitious [or otherwise] clan in Sornieth knows about. What shakes you isn't the soft, dim glow of the stone, but the engraving - it's the Shade engraving, with a gray coloration. Your heart drops to your stomach like a chunk of ice when the ominous dragon grins a toothy grin, flips the stone into your claws [which you, by reflex, of course have to catch] and disappears as if he was made of air himself. Oh no. You have to get rid of this thing as fast as possible.

Lacerna Charms: Superstition and Tradition

Each charm comes in the form of an oval-shaped and smoothed pebble-like stone, each colored with the signature hues of each corresponding flight. A rune is etched into each one resembling the different subflight symbols, and can be used thereafter as decoration, jewelry, hand-held trinkets, hearts of dolls, toys, and other objects, nearly anything! Nice! I like how you used the runes from Runestones of the Arcanist.
(And you misspelled Sornieth, cough cough)
