Has anyone looked at the AH Ice Egg prices? Obviously everybody had the same idea for their new Goaler scrolls, because the lowest is [b]FIVE HUNDRED GEMS[/b] right now.
And I only noticed after I hatched all six of the ice eggs I had stored. [emoji=gaoler scared size=2]
All failures that I didn't like either. I just wound up buying a nice derg to turn into my first fluff boi.

OH,,,, OH HOLY,,,,,,,, I assumed they'd go up in price but I hadn't checked- and hadn't considered they'd get THAT high

I guess if we have more ancients that relate to the lore/history of a certain deity or flight, then most definitely.
Although I don't know of any more other than the Goalers. Perhaps I need to read the lore of flights other than my own, haha!

Why doesn't everyone just buy a gen1? I got mine for only 16 gems because I wanted her to be older.

Yeah I sold an ice egg for some extra cash, way better to sell and then buy a gen1 in the AH. Take your chances and scatter it if it's ugly.

Because it's like playing a lottery. There's a slim chance of hatching that one-of-a-kind, or a rare combo/special eyes. I think most people hatching the eggs are looking for something that didn't show up in the AH if they already looked there.
Personally, I never buy eggs; mine were either scavenged or dropped from the coli, so they were all free and I didn't feel like I was wasting anything by hatching them myself.

Ahahaha. I hate the gamble of an unhatched egg, so I went and tracked down two Gaolers whose colors I thought I could work with, who were both gen1 Ices... one was 70g and the other was 35g. Not a bad deal I don't think! And I'mma breed change my random progen into one too, because those genes finally give him some potential with his colors without having to waste scatterscrolls lol
