i’ve been trying to grind for phantom/spirit/weathered, but i’ve gotten nothing. you know what i have gotten though? a lightning egg, a rockback charger, and some of the nebula starsilks. i refuse to believe that those genes aren’t bugged in some way or really just drop that infrequently. it sucks cuz i have dergs that really need those genes ://

Certainly feels that way. Considering I got 2 eliminates before ever seeing a single gaoler gene drop. And I still have absolutely nothing else besides a few more of the starsilk pieces, and a ton of apparel/familiars have been dropping more frequently.


I'm convinced those genes just don't exist.

@arcturian oh, familiars/apparel have been dropping more frequently for you too? i’ve gotten a ton of familiars these past few days and idk why it’s happening

Familiars were dropping at least every 1-3 battles, and I was getting pieces of apparel left and right..

I thought it was just me but I guess its happening to everyone.

I've been getting a ton of familiars and even gotten an elim but no gene. I haven't had coli drop an elim in years so that might say something about its rarity [emoji=gaoler deadpan size=2]

It lowkey triggers me

I honestly think FR has some serious RNG issues. I’ve spent days grinding for shiny Pokémon, but I haven’t seen an egg or coli gene in months. I haven’t seen an Eliminate in two years

Same rarity and same drop rate as Python and Morph, gaoler genes just have extra hype attached spiking the value while they're new

You'd think for the anniversary they'd at least boost the drop rates a little (like what they did with the swirl eye vials).

Like they were still rare but weren't so rare that you started questioning their existence, and you felt accomplished and happy that you got one.

@arcturian yeah ik! when i looked at the update i was confused when i saw that the breed scrolls in the marketplace were boosted, but not the coli genes [emoji=gaoler confused size=2]
