so my brother brought up a pretty good point that i either haven't seen yet or it just doesn't exist- how tall are familiars exactly, because if we were being honest with sprites in the coli imperials would take up the entire screen. also did humans exist in dragonland and die, or do they still exist or do they just not exist at all, my memory is fuzzy about that because i remember some weird civilization like it. did the humans just mutate into beastclan or something. i don't remember oops [emoji=mirror star size=1]

They existed and were then wiped out in the explosion that created the Arcanist, if I remember correctly.

Some are know to be bigger then most dragon breeds. I think Rocs and the big fish from the Crystal pools mention it. Wartoads I'm fairly sure are.

Feas can ride Elks.

Beastclan are nnot humans. The second age people were not humans just humanoid. Their sizes are listed somewhere, Talonok are surprsingly small. Centaurs are the biggest I think because horses

On the size-thing, it certainly varies, but we do have few mentions, for example noggles can grow to 'astonishing sizes' whatever that means and Ringlet Amphitheres are small enough for faes to hold

once i went and made a rough size for the orca bosses from redrock cove based on this tooltip: [item=Deeprealm Hunter] my... water-fighter lightning wildclaw has one as a hunting partner... i wonder what help he'd be

I imagine most of the familiars as similar in size to their Earth counterparts. The coliseum sprites aren't actual size. Beastclans are indeed mutated second-agers. It's never directly confirmed, but that's the simplest explanation for the human characteristics that all Beastclans have. The article says
new peoples rose from the devastated ruins of the Second Age.
and the reactor didn't actually wipe out all life- there were living plants for the Gladekeeper to be created from, and this rabbit [item=Old World Rabbit] survived apparently unchanged.

Familiar sizes vary greatly. A few are as large or larger than their dragon counterparts depending on the breed of dragon. For the ones that are semi-humanoid, their human looking parts are sized about the same as a person would be. That said, a centaur (due to all that horse back there) will be larger than a Raptorik or a Faun.

And if a silence filled the air do you think that anyone would even care? Would they be aware... of the mounting snow...
