What will it be?
I will choose thylancine, I love the idea of adding "feral" markings on a dragon, but I feel it's badly executed.
Just look how chear and good orca thylancine on darker colors is, I would use thylancine a lot more if it always has this effect

but white thylancine...I'm sorry I just can't love it. Why is it so blurry?

I would love to have ringlets revamped for a similiar reason, but it's not so bad as thylancine.

Contour, without question.
It drives me crazy because I love the idea of it, but the execution looks so wrong - the stripe doesn't follow the actual contours of the dragon's body - that I can't use it even on dragons it'd be perfect for.
Seriously, the way it cuts across the middle of the shoulder and hip instead of following the muscles - why?!?!? will probably be forever my biggest pet peeve.

Thylacine would be first choice, Freckle and Speckle would be my second for a rework.
Lots of animals have mottled markings, but speckle and freckle come across as a cut/paste pattern to me. If the darker speckling was concentrated more over hips and shoulder joints like natural markings it would be such a nice gene set .

Seconding freckle and speckle though ringlets isn't far behind. Some of the placing is just awkward on some breeds

Stripes so that it’d look my like it’s partner, tiger. I just don’t get stripes as it is now. It looks unnatural?
Capsule. I love the shininess of the full part- it's like discount Glimmer!- but I can't stand the empty part.
Noodledad's wayward child on a whirlwind tour of Sornieth
There's a ton of older genes that I absolutely dislike and would want revamped. Daub and Bar look less like animal markings and more like, I dunno, dirt and debris stuck to the dragon. Or some sorta disease. Eye spots isn't much better, nor is ripple, current, and clown.
[s]I would've never survived in the beginning stages of this game.[/s]
I'd also adjust Crackle so that it looks less like "poor baby rolled around in Baldwin's goo" and more like actual lightning, probably based the scarring / bruises that people get from lightning strikes.

I like noxtide, but why is it so blank on so many breeds (especially skydancers)? I’d prefer if it was more consistent to how it looks on pearlcatchers.

Sharpened Serthis Spear
Trinkets
A dangerous spear constructed of polished steel, adorned with ripped blue fabric. Serthis use these lances as both weapons and battle standards.
