I get most of my treasure from training and exalting fodder. It's a very steady income, but naturally it does require some effort. Hibernal Den has made it a lot easier though: I buy a couple of hatchlings every day, throw them in to the den, and once they grow up I train and exalt them.

I breed/buy fodder and exalt for a profit, plus flip dragons that were priced under their value. I also sell food when I'm not feeling too lazy to list it on the AH.

  1. Glimmer and Gloom
  2. Coliseum grinding, including leveling up exalt fodder
  3. Bonding with familiars everyday (not super lucrative but getting the chests is)
  4. Occasional gem purchases

The only time I ever bought Gems was long before I started collecting G1s. I get some of my Gems from selling dragons and items on the AH, but I get the most from trading with Treasure in Items for Sale. I try to keep at least 2kg on me at all times, in case of cycling Gem items or a new accent I really want.

I mostly make Treasure through the Coliseum. I focus on training & exalting, but then I get to sell rare drops and familiars, then hoardsell everything else. I use festivals as an excuse to grind purely for items in lower-level venues. I also save Swipp/Baldwin materials, which I can also make a profit from if I sell the materials themselves OR the resulting items.

In addition to all that, I still use G&G for 75k every day. If I can focus on it, I can max out the Lucky Streak in 15 minutes on the Special difficulty. Once I figured out the Light symbol and "Four Hexagon" layouts (with the help of this guide), it's practically automatic.

At this point, I can usually afford whatever project I have planned at the moment, but I'm indecisive enough that it gives me time to save up extra. I always feel more comfortable having, well, a big hoard of Treasure in case there's something I really want to buy. I've got about 12 million in the Vault right now, with 2.5kg on the side. It's not impossible!
