I never used to care about Gen1s at all. Now suddenly, like a switch has been flipped, I have decided I like them and want to start collecting them.

Ugh yeah I had the same problem... All of a sudden I'm stalking the mass hatch threads... Panting as I scan for my next child... It hurts the heart and wallet, but man once you get a g1 fully gened its the most euphoric feeling

G1s are cool, I've gened a few. Not anything I'd fill my lair with but yeah.

Reasons why I like g1s: they sometimes sport strange colour combos so there's a chance of you getting a long-wanted uncommon colour scheme that survives as they're g1 and aren't put as fodder and consequently exalted
Reasons why I dislike g1s: no coatls, hella expensive

Hello. I didn’t just purge so I could be a mono gen1 lair.
For sure. For a long time I was like, I can get the same dragon already gened, for a fraction of the price, so why would I waste my dragon money on a triple basic Gen 1? Then somehow I got hooked. I’m not even 100% sure how it happened. Now I have way too many Gen 1 projects. I forced myself to let go of some of them and list them in the AH, but I am still tempted to buy more.
