I always find myself putting off my projects until I get more gems... but when I do get more gems I still put them off because I don't want to spend the money!
do y'all have this problem? Do you think the game is more enjoyable if you don't worry about saving money all the time?

Holy moly I thought I was the only one. (I keep on trying to gene my dragons but I just can't get myself to take the step and spend money on em.)

i always find myself spending irrationally. i was able to rationalize 800 gems on a lvl 25 last week but i can never rationalize spend the gems needed to finish geneing projects.

Not spending money for possibly years, but then having a big motivation to throw money at everything all at once.

I do the same thing tbh, usually my spending spree happens right around my birthday lol

I cannot save money for the life of me, honestly.
To me, it’s like, why would you want this stuff that’s useless if there is no value assigned to it, when I could have a pretty derg instead, which I can actively enjoy?

but I end up giving into most of my impulse spends regardless :'D

I dont really worry about it- I rarely have many gene projects. I enjoy basic as a gene too, so at this point I only have a single primary gene on my shopping list.
I find I sit on money for a while out of not knowing what to do with it, and then I'll run out and get art / accents / nice apparel.
Periods of saving until inspiration hits I guess.
