what's a hatchery? i apologize if its a dumb question, im just confused as to what it is, because i see the term alot on fr.
It is a forum post containing several breeding pairs of dragons, often showing the colours between them so that you can see what their offspring might look like.
The purpose of this is to get people interested in buying said offspring.

The breeding pairs are set, typically with a card to show off their possible offspring, and people with either reserve a hatchling before the nest hatches, or will buy a dragon after being pinged by the hatchery owner. essentially, an organized and permanent sales thread! people list their breeding pairs there, and sell their offspring in hatcheries. there's also a few that give away free dragons, but most are meant for sales
