I was thinking about the dragons I chose to train and eventually coli grind, and it made me wonder how ppl choose their coli dragons?
For me, I initially trained my progens, then dropped them because I didn't arrange their stats properly. Then I trained some other dergs - my first three to reach lvl 25 were all triple basics & also kind of ugly. My new coli trainees (Midori, Syracuse) are relatively pretty, since many gened dragons are super cheap these days.

Does that Pokemon fandragon exist yet? Check out this
thread, where you can find Pokemon fandragons in one place :)
I kind of just start... training dragons out of boredom.
Do they look good together? Or work together in my lore? Coli team.

I just train my favorites! Some dragons I buy to fit specific builds, like my Mire Flyer, but generally I just train the ones I like.

When I first joined, the friend who invited me said: "Pick out two dragons you like on the auction house that are under 15k each." So I did. And she leveled them up and gave them all the battle stones they needed....
I got really lucky.

lol i only have like 4 dragons that could coli thanks to their high level and i called my second one midori too thats so funny.
i leveled my progens (both 25) and then gave them new stats after doing it wrong. i had a third dragon that i leveled but he was a free dragon when i started and i didnt like him at all anymore unfortunately so i replaced him. he is a pie/paint/basic bred fae. i started training a pretty hatchling of mine to 24 and thats my coli team for now.
if i do end up using the fae in the coli again ill change it into an ancient or something.
i only choose unbred pretty dragons for my new coli team members now because i keep seeing the things i dont like about what i did with the offspring lists or whatever and thats not fun.

I eventually plan to get all my permas to level 25, so I guess everyone. Though only 3 of my dragons actually have Eliminate.

I trained 2 of my progens and a free dragon I got from an adoption center. I leveled them to lv.25 and exalted one of my progens. I swap the third space out for fodder whenever I’m getting ready for dom/ looking for money.

I started with my progens* but both were Tundras and I hated it, so I did a bit of research and used a) the first dragon I bought who had by that point hit level 5 and b) two sibling Imperials which were absolutely gorgeous. They're still my team today.

I bought my first fully stoned level 25, without caring what it was like because I wanted to get into the Coli. I ended up restating him as a Mire Flyer, I think (he’s in the Mire with meditate). My friend gifted me my second level 25 so that was really sweet of them. I also bought a water level 25 to use in the Kelp Beds.
Since then, I’ve trained six dragons to 25, and have 7 actively in training - though I’m thinning the fodder ranks at the moment so their training has been put on hold xD
I like levelling the dragons, so that’s what I spend most of my time doing lol.

I just find three with Scratch, grind them up until 8 or so, exalt, and repeat.
