They use a guardian skull for the nests so is this really that surprising?

Auntie Plague has been in the manufacturing company for years, they ran out of cow leather, and a dragon or two had fallen into the processor while trying to grab a malfunctioning doll. He/She was then turned into the famous Plaguebringer Effigy. Since then, Auntie has been using dragons that fall into the processing pit for dolls. (She pushes them in...)
