So how did everyone choose or get their clan names? I'm going under a clan re-start and I need a little procrastination inspiration.

There's this random clan name generator made by Avalas that you might find interesting. It gives you various clan names based on FR items and settings!

I thought about what my overall clan lore is and what my dragons do as a collective, which is stealing and plundering. And then I just chose the location they live in - the Cloudscrape Crags - and combined the two: Cloudscrape Marauders.

I thought of it on a different game a year or so ago, and while writing my lore realized "Hey, this actually fits them pretty well!" 'The Tribe of Roaring Thunder' is just a variation of The Tribe of Rushing Water, but replaced with storm and rain themes because that kind of weather is a significant part of their lifestyle. As well as storms being viewed as an unstoppable force of nature, rain is a very frightening ordeal for them due to risks of flooding, so they chose to name themselves by it as a way of showing their courage/strength and ability to survive even amidst their predicament. Plus, the roar can also be referring to lions/tigers/other big cats, which are culturally important to them, so that was a fun realization too and made it fit even more [emoji=coatl tongue size=1] [size=1]I really like to overexplain I'm sorry

Order of Magi meanwhile is just telling what it is: group of dragons following orders of dragon named Magician, there's noting more to it

I wanted something that sounded fierce and respectable, and thus The Tempest Order was born.

Mine is "The Lair of Misfits"
It was just "The Lair" for a while, the misfit part being added more recently because it describes my clan well. They're all some sort of misfit, whether they're a runaway, a possessed robot, or a fallen god.
