Yeah... when I bred my progens for the first time, dark brown and grey, I didn't expect this:

To be fair, my progens have an absurd color range:

They've had hatchlings that look like brighter or darker-colored versions of themselves, grey/black hatchlings with pink wings, a hatchling whose colors included Cyan and Radioactive, an Emerald XYX, and the hatchlings in their latest nest all have a shade of blue as a primary.
I think it's safe to say these guys have the entire color wheel represented between them.
