in a flight for the eyes entirely, finding that you're not actually attached to the lore or forums, and you feel really bad, and it looked really cool and the deity was interesting when you signed up... but you're just not all that into any of it BUT you're too scared to lose your fave eye color to change?
cause hi, that's me right now... i have one (1) flight change i can use up, and i want to be active in another flight's forum and make cool lore for my dragons, but i LOVE light green. i feel like i'm betraying wind at the same time-- love the eyes, guys!! and windsinger is nifty ;;
anyone else in that space? or was in that space? or recruiting for other flights and have a really convincing argument? ;o

Just go on a vacation. You can always go back to Wind. A move doesn't have to be permanent. o: We have lots of rolling stones in Earth.

I'm finding that I don't ~really care about flight lore all that much but lightning eyes are gonna clash with a big breeding project I have planned. I kinda want to move to earth but I also think I should stick it out for longer than a month before moving!

see i was thinking about moving to earth as well, because i'm interested in dominance, and tbh brown eyes are pretty cute! at the same time, im also not sure if that aesthetic fits me either

I was in light for aesthetic at first. I loved the eyes and saw them as a bonus. Eventually though I just didn't like the lore. I couldn't build a good one off it and moved to Arcane thinking that'd be a good switch. It was for an all of a month and I hated the eyes on top of that.
Finally, finally, I went with my gut and moved to Shadow. I've been so happy with the switch. It matched my personality and my lore desires. Do what you feel fits you best. You can always rent nests or hatch eggs for eyes. Never the end of the world!

I joined Ice for the eyes and found I didn't really feel like I belonged there, so I switched back to Plague. Much happier here, even though red eyes don't go with very much at all.

Our aesthetic is far more flexible than a lot of people think. C: Google Antelope Canyon, the Colorado River, or American southwest landscapes. THAT'S the Earth flight of my headcanon.

i was just reading about plague and ice! i love the eyes of ice, and cold places, and i love the grossness of plague (but yeah red eyes are a hit or miss), but they also seemed like very harsh survivalist places, which ofc some people are really into! i'm just more into gentler paths, i guess, lol!

I started off in Arcane for the lore and aesthetic, but didn't like the eyes and felt that light suited me better. Here I am!
