I actually don't like it XD Because it doesn't make sense to me. Where is the dragon's throat/innards??? Can they even breathe? What's the juice in there?

Canonically, the capsule is just a big, thin blister. It covers the whole underbelly, but it’s just a thin layer.

The art is stylized and doesn’t reflect that.

Edit: They still have all their innards, to clear things up lol.

But what if dragons are actually all empty inside?? And that’s why ghost gene also exists because they actually have no bones?

I like how it looks so I just don't think about the mechanics, because it is a little weird. [emoji=ridgeback sad size=2]

I hate it too, it's super body horrory yet no one ever tags for it, shrug emoji. The concept is good, it's just really poorly executed.

It's an illusion. That's about the only way it can make sense, especially with how it looks on male spirals. I love it on most breeds but some like snappers just look really empty.

I'm with most people in this thread on disliking it. As depicted, it doesn't make any physical sense, and the de-stylized "blister" idea is just gross imo. It's fine if other people like it, of course, and I agree that it can look great with the transparent parts covered up.
