Not a lot of people grind in those venues, Rainsong Jungle (lvl 19) is just below the threshold to get xp with level 25 dragons, it's understandable that the bosses are pricey. Same with golem workshop bosses, they've been out for 5 years but the prices haven't gotten lower.
