I find Roundsey's system a bit fair. I know some players complain about others buying multiple tickets but I remember someone mentioning they bought a lot of tickets for one of the gifts and not even getting a compensation prize which are the least numbered ones and that raffle had 99 eggs.
I mean you really expect a player to buy 1 ticket. If you haven't noticed there are over 2000+ players daily and some don't even use Roundsey so then Roundsey would be a monopoly between players that are active and bought their one ticket.
Also Roundsey is RNG/lottery. You don't know what you will get just that it will be one of the prizes shown.

1. It's usually in small quantities and the chances of it crashing the market are slim
2. People would rather not play with luck to get their sprites

Current fest items already won't retire if I understand correctly, but that's Joxar's doing.
If you mean already retired items, I don't see how an entire 1 [Insert Retired Item Here] will devalue that item.
In the case of the Bone Fiend, it already existed in someone's account and got removed for the raffle.
