How do you do it? I see large lairs where every dragon has lore and apparel, and here I am struggling to figure out jobs for all my dragons, let alone personalities/interpersonal relationships.
I'm not looking to do a lair purge; I'm too attached to (most) everyone. And I'm trying to be patient with myself, to remember I've only been on here for less than a year. But still, any tips?

You don't have to have a large lair to have fun! If having a big lair is too stressful, then go for smaller stuff! Don't feel bad for not having a larger lair by now. Sometimes, having a smaller lair's the way to go!

For starters focus on one at a time.
While my lair doesn't have a lot of lore dragons since I grind in Coli too much deciding the apparel I want my dragon to wear and the genes I might want them to have in the end via Scrying Workshop and Dressing Room (and the new function with predict morphology even allows you to dress your saved morphologies so if you have a Gen 1 you don't have to be caught up in the whole this will be the end result)
Currently I am only missing two genes for the project of the month which I plan to get this week but I have all his apparel and everything.
I'm not saying sit on it but also don't get caught up in all the scries and actually try to work on the goal daily or weekly.
Even push yourself to write something in the bio. Even just one sentence is enough.

@boggybuddy I know, and I really do like small lairs! I'm just too attached to my dragons to get rid of most of them. I have attachment issues, haha. Although I am looking at getting rid of at least a breeding pair, if not three more dragons, so that'll give me some breathing room.

idk what you would consider a large lair but even though I have like 80 dragons I would say that less than half of them are considered part of my actual clan with lore and jobs and stuff. The others are fandragons, fodder breeders, or just there because they're pretty. Thank the Lightweaver for lair tabs so I can actually separate them all now.
You could consider breaking up 200+ dragons into two or more clans if you like multiple themes. Random generators exist to help you come up with basic character personalities and/or names. Mostly it's because I absolutely love matching skins/accents, so when I find a good pairing I can't bring myself to get rid of them. (but maybe don't follow my lead, I have way too many user made skins/accents lol)
Designing thoughtful and unique outfits can help too. Picking an apparel piece that fits your dragon well which you don't use often, then go from there to make them each special.

@Roheryn That sounds like a really good idea, honestly. Pick one and stick to it until I'm satisfied. I've been kind of jumping around from dragon to dragon, and it gets overwhelming quickly.
