No. People hoard eggs for plenty of valid reasons, such as saving to open on a specific date, to complete a den task or maybe they just like to hoard eggs in general.

does it kill eggs in ah as well? Because if it works like that then the ah would be full of deadeggs
imagine buying an egg but it's due date is literally in 2 seconds

That being said, I would loose at ~3kg instantly if what I have in my hoard rotted. NotN would crash the egg economy so hard that they drop more than 100g they do already, because everyone's rushing to sell before their noc eggs rot.
