Mine is tied between tidal trouble and Shock switch, which i feel are the most engaging.
My least favorite is Glimmer and Gloom. I feel this one you can just click any set of tiles and the puzzle will eventually solve itself. Because of this it appears rather boring. (jigsaw is a close second though)

I play G&G for the treasure, but it's definitely not my favorite. If I've got some spare time and need to relax, Tidal Trouble is my game of choice.

G&G, I've learned enough about it so that I can just relax while playing, perhaps think about something else, and still get 75kt in the end. Shock switch is fun, but it gets a little boring after some time because it requires a little more attention.
Good 'ol days before G&G though, where clicking like a madman in Shock Switch was the way I got money.
