so in all my years, ive never seen something like this happen. im dumbfounded as to what could have possibly been so bad it had to be removed in such a fashion and how it would have gotten accepted in the first place.
@47616 it may not have been "bad," just rule-breaking. there's some fandom things and references to copyrighted material that have snuck through in the past, only to be discovered after the fact.

I hope if they were sold people were reimbursed. Im always wprried already accepted skins that ive paid a lot for could be seen as too gorey

Maybe it was flawed or wasn't on the right dragon model and got labeled as a violation because they don't have a label for errors? *shrug*

Could be something gore/body horror that made it through, or stolen art which I've seen crop up a few times. Not super unusual imo, there's a lot of skins/accents to go through and sometimes they just slip through the cracks until someone notices.
