Was kinda trying. Making it a whole new system that everyone would have to adapt to sounded like a bad idea to me and I really couldn't think of anything that should be remade completely but if you have ideas feel free to let me know.

Seems reasonable. The old thread has a lot of the post box thingies, though. For me a more efficient way would be a Google spread sheet. It's all in one place and it can be made so that users can insert their own information without pinging someone to put it in.

Yeah I have been thinking about spread sheets to be honest. But having people put information in there themselves might be risky, there's always that one person who likes to annoy everyone and ruin the fun.

Well, you don't have to, just a suggestion, yeah? With the spread sheet you can set it so only you and the other runners of the thread can access it. That way only certain people can change it and it gets rid of the risk of someone deleting things.
