Well I'd have to say either unicorns, the Winchester brothers (seriously they are no longer human after how many times the have been bought back to life ) \(* ~ *)/ - me giving up on reason. :)

Taniwha are my favourite. I remember as a kid whenever I saw a scary looking river or if the sea looked particularly dangerous my dad would say something like, "you don't want to swim there, the taniwha will get you." I've never believed that they're real, but I still find stories about them fascinating.
