I'm a pretty casual patch fan, and I've amassed quite a few that I want to put somewhere ad just just collect in my room... I'm thinking a backpack, or maybe on a quilt or something?

i personally grabbed all my best ones (like alien/nasa themed) and ironed them on a ripped denim vest and i absolutely adore it. i'd say either that or a backpack; somewhere where you can really show them all off.

I think it's a good idea to put them on a bag or something because then you can show 'em off anytime and it lasts much longer than a piece of clothing that you have to wash often

I sewed mine onto favorite jackets so I could see them all the time but re-use them when the jacket was worn out.

I'd agree, either a vest or a bag... vests are kind of a pain but look cool as heck, bags/backpacks are casual and convenient (I never wash my patch jackets lol but I don't wear them a ton either)
Regardless I'd recommend sewing, not ironing them on so you can use them later

I usually put my patches on my bag, or if I have pins I'll put them on the edge of my beanie ^^
