Hi there! :~)
I'm learning (or trying to learn) more about tarot symbolism by making my own deck. I finished the Major Arcana and I'm starting on the Minor Arcana now. My question for you is whether you prefer pip cards or illustrated cards for the Minor Arcana, and why?
I like the geometry of pip cards but it's understandably more fun to draw pictures for each. I've read a lot of conflicting opinions.
Also, does anyone know good resources on the Minor Arcana that are NOT based on the Rider-Waite-Smith deck pictures? Like, just the traditional significance of each number.
And anything else tarot related! Just post here!!

Not a Tarot reader so I can only help so much, but
here is a museum dedicated to the first Tarot cards. This should help you, or at least point you in the right direction of finding the traditional meanings of the Minor Arcana.
Now, despite being a really comprehensive resource, it is also kinda hellish to navigate, so be warned.
Sola Busca tarot also seems like a good thing to look at, its the oldest surviving Tarot deck with all 78 cards.
Don't know how much of this you were already looking at, but hopefully I gave you some new sources and stuff
And on final note; if you don't get too much traffic here, you might want to head to the
Witch Hub on here, there are a lot of Tarot readers there.

Ooh thanks this is a really interesting site!
It's funny looking at the resemblance in modern playing cards, especially the three of wands there looks like a much more gruesome version of the three of wands in the Napoletane cards
