You may just be use to seeing things the way they are because a doi nothings changing in your opinion but a quick eye exam will figure out if you do or dont! Also health* eye exams can detect other problems you might have even with 20/20 vision

Print it off on 8.5x11 paper, and find somewhere to put it up, maybe a tree outside or something, and test your vision by walking to the various distances marked on the paper (20, 25, 30, 40, etc).
Or just go see an eye doctor, and be in and out in an hour or so.
