this is about the fears you have that no one knows about (or that very few people know about)
i'll start: i am secretly afraid of people hearing my music
like when i'm listening with earbuds, i always have this feeling like "oh god is this too loud can people hear what i'm listening to are they judging me?????"
maybe if i didn't have such bad taste in music i wouldn't have this issue lol

surveillance (specifically on cell phones, but in general too), though that probably goes more in line with what your title was originally going to be
a lot of people know i had problems in the past but i think most of my family has assumed it went away, so I am sure as hell keeping it on the DL now

Technology, kind of. (Always afraid humans will go too far and program machines to do crazy things. So also humans, which is unfortunate.)
Also, drowning. Not even death in general. Just drowning. Anytime I can't breathe is terrifying.
