friendly reminder not to tell people who are not specifically cis AND het they can't be in the lgbt+ community
if you're cis but gay, bi, whatever, then you're still lgbt+
if you're trans, agender, genderfluid, or whatever, but hetero, then you're lgbt+!
coming from your friendly neighborhood cis ace/aro who is often told i'm not allowed in safe spaces bc i don't """present""" queer enough

happy pride month, all. i'm never too excited about it though because, well, i'm lesbian and that's just what I am? nothing to make a big fuss about. we're all people just like everyone else. :v that's how I view it anyways
i still do want to come out to a friend of mine, though. only very few of my family knows about it. my parents & one of my aunts.

This is my first pride since I began identifying as ace/aro instead of ace/homoromantic and I've been rly nervous about it bc of some of the attitudes regarding ace/aro people being included in pride, but you guys have helped to make me feel welcome ;u; so thankyou ahh <3 happy pride!!
