i went to the zoo and i did many things, i fed a tiger, i hand fed many animals such as an emu, deer, so many goats, a pony, alpacas and zebras and reindeer, a big steer with huge horns and a giraffe, a little kangaroo and also camels and more!! aa it was so much fun, a cockatoo told me it loved me while i was there? it was so cute and there were huge owls that were biting at each other but it looked more like they were kissing and i saw hyenas and wolves and a huge liger and a panther purred at me and gah im just so excited i love animals!! and of course i hugged a giraffe
the best picture from the whole trip was of me hugging the giraffe while in the background the giraffe is trying to eat my dad's shirt

i got lots of things to bring home too, i brought home some huge crane feathers, a few peacock feathers from peacocks that arent fully grown yet, a rooster feather, and an australian white ibis feather and some rock candy too and a few actual rocks that they had there. very fun trip :okhand:

That sounds like a blast! I love animals too. I'm long overdue for a zoo visit....

That's sounds magical! The zoo in my city is...kinda crap tbh. The variety of animals isn't the best, and i honestly don't think they are being kept properly, so I don't support them. I have had the opportunity to go to both the DC and Atlanta zoos, and they were AWESOME!

its a smaller family owned zoo and lots of the animals get to free roam around. obvs not the tigers and lions and stuff but the birds and the deer and zebras and stuff just kinda hang out and wait for people to come pet them and give them treats

id recommend going to a family owned one they are so much better in quality in my experience. ive never been to either of those :o id like to go some day

man I've never been to a zoo that lets you do that the only thing I've done kinda like that is when I went to the turtleback zoo and they have a big exhibit you can go into FULL of budgies that you can feed these little like seed stick things

That sounds like so much fun! I haven't been to a zoo in a long time! Maybe when the weather cools down. :o

it was extremely soft and friendly even when it tried to c o n s u m e my father and it was adorable actually
giraffe is a good fren
i thought the most pure and blessed bird was this big pink one but it turned out to be the loudest and second most chaotic bird out of the ones in that area. the very talkative one was shy and just murmured about loving people and it was so cute
