Right now I'd say Steven Universe, OK K.O., Adventure Time, and Star vs The Forces Of Evil. But Futurama is my all time favorite.

Futurama, Over the Garden Wall, Avatar The Last Airbender, Teen Titans (original series), Xmen Evolution, Justice League (2001 - 2004), Batman of the Future (aka Batman Beyond), Rick and Morty, Martin Mystery.
I think The Last Airbender just trumps all others because it's so good. Batman of the Future comes a close second.

But Eddsworld's got to be my ultimate favorite, though, so long as animated webseries count towards this.
