TOPIC | Mass Effect
So I have so many unaswered questions about Mass Effect 3 that I’m dying to know
But all anyone can give me are theories, which are okay but it still doesnt help me lmao

So like
When the Reapers came and took the Citadel and brought it to Earth, what happened to all of the people? Did they die, escape or just hide?

When the heck did Udina have time to be indoctrinated? Was he ever actually indoctrinated or trying to do something to better humanity? Or was BioWare just being lazy and wanted Udina dead?

When you invite Dr Michel to the Normandy instead of Chakwas I’m like very disappointed that she doesnt talk to Garrus once. Like, BioWare, did you forgettttttt??

Also Andromeda

The Protheans were the most powerful species in the galaxy before the Reapers eradicated them all. If they were so strong and yada yada yada, why didnt they travel to other galaxies?
Correct me if I’m wrong. I havent played Andromeda yet. I only know like half the story.

I also would have loved more Blasto. Just Mass Effect Blasto.

ah yes finally an excuse to talk about Mass Effect. it's been 84 years.

those people probably all died. you see a lot of what look like bodies when you go in and i can't imagine the reapers would leave anyone alive on there. it's a pretty fair assumption to make.

everyone has time to be indoctrinated, really. it can happen to anyone. that said, he probably went to Cerberus because they bill themselves as a pro-human organization, and he either didn't know or didn't care about their shady business--and i wouldn't be surprised if any but the most important agents in the organization (who are probably indoctrinated too) would even know of any links between their boss and the reapers. there's no confirmation he is indoctrinated (though it is possible), but someone like him is likely to be more vulnerable to it.

maybe they didn't have the time, given how much dialog and how many interactions they had to put in the game. i've never chosen anyone over Chakwas (and why would you, honestly), so i have no idea: does this character have any reason to talk to Garrus specifically?

the mission to go to Andromeda takes 600 years. there's a lot of empty space in the universe, and moving between galaxies is no small feat, especially since (as far as i'm aware) there are no mass relays that go to Andromeda. there's no faster-than-light travel without mass relays, and it would be a huge undertaking to get even one out there.

replace Ryder with Blasto, you cowards.

@avespanthera

Hypocritical of Udina to work with Cerberus after all the blacklash that Shepard got but yeah, he probably sided with them because he’s dumb.

I only ever got Michel once because it was just new and I wanted to experience something new because I would play Mass Effect literally all the time the exact same way.
She flirted with Garrus in the first game and in the second she sends an email to Shepard asking about him.

i'd say it's more opportunism or desperation at that point. he wouldn't care about the backlash because it's not a move meant to endear people to him, he's just doing whatever he thinks will get the council to help Earth. it's less dumb and more him feeling backed into a corner. it was a terrible plan but he also never meant for the attack on the Citadel to turn into a massacre. that's thanks to Ultimate D-Bag Genji Kai Leng.

oh well she can stay off my ship and away from my space husband then.

i can imagine there would be off-screen interactions/conversations between them, but yeah it might be an oversight or lack of time/resources by the time they would have gotten around to writing/implementing it.
