So I like forums a lot, I love posting replies and stuff. But am I the only one who feels as if their posts are always a bit.. improvised? Like I'm not really sure what I'm talking about, but I just post it anyways. It's happened before that I got kicked in the butt for it. Like "Nope you don't know what you're talking about" lol

Hm, sometimes. The fact that everyone on here is anonymous makes everything better, because it's not like the person you just sent that reply to is actually your mother.

Well, I am insecure, but I'm not posting anyways and rather spend lots of time researching the tiniest detail, only to decide not posting would be the best course of action.
Best part is it doesn't come with the nice side effect of making me smarter because I discard information that I have no further use or personal interest in :D

Oh god yes, all the time. I always have an incredibly formal way of typing, and I've come off as cold and snobby many a time to people that I don't agree with but am trying to understand (as in questioning why they take that stance). I always feel so self-conscious after.
