Senior year of high school? High school sucks, but college is great if that's in the cards for you. I think a lot of people don't know how they made it through high school. I think I instinctively blocked out a lot of my memories from high school.

Can confirm, as soon as I graduated I forgot the vast majority of what happened during my last year. It's brutal, but you're only a few months out from being done if you graduate in May! If you need to take some time for yourself to relax and get ready to keep moving forward, that's completely okay, too.

hello hello! as a pretty recent grad (2018), i honestly think that it does get better the closer you get to may/june/whenever graduation might be. i spent my time goofing around mostly, but regardless of how you choose to spend it, time does fly by. if it’s the people getting you down, think of how you’re likely to never have to speak to them again. if it’s schoolwork, there’s one or two months left to go til finals and then you’re done! no more high school, forever!

senior year was the worst thing ever for me! at the beginning of the year the guidance counselor told me I had failed geometry freshman year and I had to retake it online. I was studying for my final, about a week prior to graduation (I had to cram to learn geometry over again, and to finish it in time to graduate.) and I went to my old geometry teacher to ask clarification on something. she helped me, and when I turned to leave she said "wait why are you doing geometry?" I told her I failed and had to finish it to graduate. she cocked her head and said "no?"
she pulled up my credits on her computer and showed me my geometry credit just chillin.
I. Was. Livid. Math is a nightmare for me. and I had suffered through an extra year of it for no reason? I went straight to the guidance counselor and she said "my bad." like it was n o t h i n g
I did so much homework. So many exams. For nothing omg.
So take a minute and laugh at my pain. then take a deep breath and don't rush through all this. you're doing great!
