Honestly, I love parmesan. Like literally, I'll just eat the grated stuff plain. Aged cheddar is also nice, and asiago is heavenly. Feta is nice as well.

UNPOPULAR OPPINION: I hate brie, though. Brie and gorgonzola are the only kinds of cheese I activly dislike.

Oppinions on goat cheese? I love it!
