So, I really miss those old days where I was like 7 and I'd watch some creepypastas, I had no idea that they were called that at the time and when I was done I was t e r r i f i e d. I couldn't sleep and I thought that there were stuff hiding behind my plushies and under my table. Now I still watch them, they're not really that scary to me anymore if there's like a jumpscare I'd get startled but just laugh it off. So yeah, I'm really trying to get that old feeling back of when I was scared of everything.
also I'm not scared of insects and animals and other stuff that can be phobias.

The SCP Foundation might have what you need.
What're your interests? Are you immune to spooky insects, or do you just lack phobias?

Well, I'm scared of flying in planes but not really that scared especially if it's just a picture or a video I'm fine with almost anything on videos and photos

If you're good with comics/manga, Junji Ito is practically famous the world over for being a master of horror and the page turner. Don't watch the anime adaptation. It's horrendous.
As far a movies go, A Quiet Place is exceptionally good, more thriller than horror but it's so well executed I think it'd still be worth your time!

I'm biased because it's my favorite game of all time, but doing a playthrough of Amnesia: The Dark Descent or SOMA is excellent for injecting that deep primal fear of "I'm Not Safe" without jumpscares or loud, sudden noises/in-your-face visuals. Even just finding a no-commentary playthrough is good- Amnesia is sort of a meme due to it sparking the Let's Play revolution when it came out, but it truly is the granddaddy of most horror games we have now
SOMA has a miniseries on Youtube as well, documenting the events shortly before the beginning of the game that have some Good (awful) Nasty body horror stuff if I remember correctly. Most of the miniseries has faded for me, all I can remember is this one dude upchucking oily black gunk called WAU liquid
Aside from that, I find that looking up stuff about famous horror Alternate Reality Games gives me the heebies?
