Brussels sprouts!! A lot of people write them off as being too bitter, but steam them covered in butter and salt or add a bit of nutmeg and they’re delicious!

Dark chocolate is the best kind of chocolate and no one can tell me otherwise. It’s apparently also healthier too!

I love cilantro, beets, cauliflower, broccoli, any kind of seafood cooked any way, pickles, celery, black licorice, and candy corn.

@Icaruz ive NEVER heard of cooking brussel sprouts like that and tbh, i i kinda wanna try it like??

also yeah! i LOVE dark chocolate and it is healthier! there is less sugar and cocoa in dark chocolate than milk chocolate, and personally the bitterness from it really add to the taste imo?

Broccoli. According to Wikipedia, the ability to taste bitterness in broccoli may be genetically linked. I'm pretty sure I don't have that gene lol.

Broccoli. I honestly don't get why people say it smells horrible or whatever, it tastes pretty great when you bake it with some olive oil and salt.
