pokemon sleep sounds interesting, i don't think i'm the target demographic for it so i don't mind that exists

i AM definitely excited about pokemon home, though! sword/shield will have compatibility with gens 1-2 virtual console, gens 3-7, lgpe, and pokemon go!! this is my dream come true!!! i am so happy that pokemon is continuing to support transfer from their older games, this hasn't been an issue since the baby days of ruby and sapphire. i was worried the switch games wouldn't be compatible since lgpe only supported pokemon go, but that has changed for the better now and i'm definitely relieved and excited.

also brock should put his shirt back on

I love the idea of Pokemon Sleep. It's exactly what I needed. My family will hate it, but if I can just nap away and get exp points or some Pokemon benefit out of it, yes please.

No news on not just Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, but console games in general (the hint at a new DP doesn't count), all a bunch of underwhelming mobile news, Pokemon Go but SLEEPING

I'm mad

I made this in less than a minute to cope

I am... EXTREMELY confused by Pokemon Sleep. My best guess would be something like the more restfully you sleep maybe rarer Pokemon show up? Or gain EXP for your Pokemon? But that seems so limiting to how much you can play???

I'm VERY excited for Pokemon Masters though! It would be super cool if it was a pseudo-dating sim type thing where you can befriend/strengthen friendships with all the trainers and when you are good enough friends they'll team up with you for battles? (Steven. Please. Let me love you.)
I... don't mind it. Yes, there was a lot of talk about sleeping and such, and I get that seems to be the theme for this time around, and that it'll help balance out the non-walking moments, but I am possibly disappointed that there was a bit of heavy content on the mobile phone. Granted, I'm almost up to date with the newest phone, so I'm fine with it, but I know it could lead to some issues to those that can't constantly upgrade to the next new smart phone that can handle these things (and yes, I know it can be argued that it's similar to the consoles). However, I think what bothered me the most what the device. Like... is there going to be some sort of strap that will connect to you so you don't have to constantly hold it in your hand, or...? Cause I will be honestly with you, I won't like that. I don't mind putting it on my night stand like that, but if I'm going to be walking around with it, it's not going to be constantly in my hand. Pokemon Masters did look really good and I'm actually pretty excited about that. Again, little disappointed that it'll be on mobile, but I suppose it'll be easier to play, even at work (and there goes standing up to my argument in the first place lol). It would be pretty neat if you could befriend them, and depending on how strong your relationship/friendship is with them are, will determine how well you will battle with them, either the trainer cooperating or the Pokemon themselves, too. And maybe just learning more about their background stories that would be considered the game's canon. Oh! In Pokemon Home, I know they mentioned that we could trade Pokemon with other people through there, but do you think there's a possibility that you could just spend time with the Pokemon there, too? Not battling, but just checking up on how they're doing and watching them just being in their 'home'. And if we're able to decorate or personalize the 'homes' to help boost friendships and such? Maybe I'm just hoping for too much, but I just want to love all of my Pokemon. [s]whoops i wrote quite a bit[/s]
