Just went through my list and stuff I've watched! Be warned some might have mature themes, if you want any more information about them hmu! c:
comedy:
-American Vandal. It's SO good. season one is better imo, but season two is good too.
-John Mulaney has three stand up comedy specials (in order: new in town, the comeback kid, kid gorgeous). I've seen him live once too, he's v talented.
-Sex Education. Just one season so far but it's good! Sort of a coming of age series.
-Derry Girls. Also one season so far, and another coming of age series about high school girls in scotland.
-New Girl - standard sitcom about a girl moving in with three male roommates. life ensues.
-The Good Place - also a sitcom about the afterlife, "the good place" and "the bad place".
anime:
-Castlevania (action/adventure/horror)
-Aggretsuko - Sanrio anime (hello kitty, etc.) about a red panda girl navigating young adulthood who has a secret love of heavy metal. Really funny, really cute.
-Gurren Lagann (action/mecha) it's an action anime with giant fighting robots (something I never thought I'd enjoy) but it's light hearted and a lot of fun.
Drama/Romance:
-Grey's Anatomy. Medical drama, 14 seasons, it'll keep you busy for a while!
-The Tudors. Period piece about Henry the Eighth and his many wives. Very good.
If you end up watching any of them and want someone to scream with feel free to bother me! I'd love to hear what you think if you watch any of them. I tried to cover a somewhat wide range of stuff for you since I don't know your taste.
