Hi! So let me start off the discussion. For me, it's about 2:30am, and my thoughts are that if I can't tell I'm tired, I don't need sleep. To be honest, I've got some serious purple under my eyes, but that is why I use concealer.

@Tweeter101 It's around that time for me as well haha. I stay up late way too often lol, usually I go to sleep at like 1 or so during the summer.

i work overnights and usually go to sleep around 10am every day so...... i don't know anymore what constitutes "staying up late" lol. sometimes i can't sleep til about noon and when that happens i feel miserable.

My dark circles that age me 5-10 years are a result of years of staying up late. And I'm staying up late rn lol
i stay up until 3 every dam day whoops

i don't like staying up late since it means that i will have to wake up later (i love sleep)
also because i easily get sucked into bad sleeping habits so i try not to stay up past 1am

Sorry, I don't sleep late, I don't try to sleep late, I don't think it's cool to sleep late, and I don't approve of it. I sleep at 11:30 and wake up around 7-8 so I'm not tired throughout the day and I don't need to take naps. I can also wake up at 5:30 if I have to because I strictly sleep by 11:30

I'm a morning person so even if I stay up late my body will wake me up at about 6:30/7am. I had 8am classes for 6 years so that's what my body is set at lol. I go to sleep at like 11:30pm, sometimes a bit earlier.
Honestly, if I wake up later than 9am I feel like I've wasted part of my morning. That combined with the fact that I tend to be way more productive in the morning vs afternoon means that I'm pretty happy with my sleep schedule.
I don't think there's an issue with staying up late as long as you get enough sleep, but some people are chronically sleep deprived and that can lead to serious health problems. It feels like every year I read a new study linking sleep deprivation to things like mental illnesses, weight gain/fluctuation, and diseases like dementia. Make sure you get enough sleep!

It's both a blessing and a curse. I stay up playing games all night and chatting with firends :V yeah I know, it's quite unhealthy but fun. Then I get sleep deprived and fall asleep in school. Then again, fun but not so fun.
