i've had two dreams lately where i knew i was asleep and wanted to wake up. first one i desperately wanted someone to wake me up, eventually right when it started to get better my mom woke me. second one last night wasn't a horrible dream but i remember the dream pausing and me screaming up asking someone to wake me up. i almost remember the feeling of trying to open my eyes while being in the dream. neither were lucid dreams, but i knew i was dreaming and i wanted to wake up, even tried to. it's not the first time something has happened like this either.

The back half of my neighborhood is still being built and a couple nights I had a dream that one of my neighbors (who I've only seen like once or twice while on a walk) was cutting up the wood on the construction sites with a chainsaw. She tried to get me to help her but I couldn't turn the chainsaw on and decided to bail when she took it back to turn it on for me. Also all of the wood and other supplies were being stored on golf carts

Running around a town, trying to hide from another me who is definitely not friendly, whilst trying to get help from people who really don't trust me because of the other me.
Mostly weird because it went from an apartment building, to a normal town, to what looked like a track for off-road bikes, to what looked like Blighttown from Dark Souls but sunny and with more giant bugs.
Not my weirdest dream, but definitely confusing.

Went back to school, sophomore year. My house was part of the school for some reason. I was myself but also Susie from deltarune. I had to attend a really weird class in my house that was part of the school, room 217. Room 217 was right next to my bedroom. I had never been in there. The room was a bedroom. The class consisted of 2 people, me and one other student. The teacher was a skeleton with a flaming head. He had a hatred for students drinking in his classroom. There was a sign on the wall that said "Can you go for 3 days without drinking?" as if the class were 3 days long. There was a fire drill. I had to do pull-ups. Frosta from She-Ra was there.

Just yesterday during a nap I dreamt I was a dragon from fr and I got hired at a bakery that specialized in pastries with berries in them. Altogether a good dream. Might use something from it for lore.

A few weeks ago I dreamt that a zombie apocalypse was happening. But instead of having those super cool big weapons like in the movies, my friends and I only had stuff that we actually have at home (no guns, I don’t live in America lol).
So what are my friends and I fighting the zombies with? Soft balls. So there we are, on a field in my neighborhood, the zombies slowly but steadily getting closer and my friends and I throwing balls at them. Only problem is that neither my friends nor I are good at throwing balls. So none of our balls actually hit the zombies, instead they’re waaaaaaayy off.
...it felt very real. And veeeeeery humiliating
