I checked the bug forum and it seems some times Baldwin has eaten things before. The problem is, I am not 100 percent sure I actually tried to brew the item. I thought I had. I no longer have certain items in my hoard, and the resulting brewed item isn't in my hoard either.

So is there a way that staff can tell if something was brewed ? I don't want to tell them it was when I might not have and can't remember.

It's possible you simply got a different brew result than you think?

But as for your second question, I highly doubt it, but then again it never hurts to ask if you wanted to shoot them a Contact Us message.

@dunkarooba no, what's weird is I remember putting in the brew and then coming back later to see no item there, but that's happened to me before, but the item was always 'collected' . This is the first time it's happened with an expensive 6 hour brew item.

I think I've heard of a bug to this effect, something about Baldwin brews occasionally getting eaten into the aether. That may be what happened here.
